Our experiences, relationships, and inner worlds shape the ways we move through life. In therapy, I take time to explore these patterns with curiosity and care, creating space for new understanding and growth. Below are some of the areas I often support clients with.

  • Our early relationship experiences can shape how we connect with others and how we see ourselves. You may notice patterns like people-pleasing, fear of conflict, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling anxious or distant in relationships.

In therapy, we can explore how these patterns developed and how they may be showing up in your life today. I support clients who are navigating concerns such as:

    • anxious or avoidant attachment, relationship anxiety, family relationship challenges, communication difficulties, and struggles with expressing needs.

Together, we’ll work toward building greater self-awareness, healthier relationship patterns, and a stronger sense of confidence in your connections with others.

  • Periods of change can bring uncertainty, stress, and a lot of mixed emotions. Whether you’re navigating a breakup, a career shift, becoming a parent, moving to a new place, or questioning your next direction in life, transitions can sometimes leave you feeling overwhelmed or unsure of yourself.

In therapy, we can create space to process these changes and the emotions that come with them. I support clients who are adjusting to life shifts such as relationship changes, career transitions, family changes, and moments of feeling stuck or uncertain about what comes next. Together, we’ll work toward finding clarity, building resilience, and helping you move through this stage of life with greater confidence.

  • I support individuals navigating difficult family dynamics, whether that’s ongoing tension, feeling misunderstood, or struggling with boundaries. Together, we explore the different emotional “parts” that show up in these relationships (like the part that keeps the peace or the part that feels hurt or reactive), so you can respond in ways that feel more grounded and true to you. My goal is to help you build clarity, communicate more effectively, and feel less overwhelmed in your family relationships.

  • I help individuals who feel overwhelmed by worry, overthinking, or constant “what if” thoughts. Together, we slow things down and explore the different parts of you that may be driving the anxiety. Rather than trying to get rid of anxiety, we work to understand it, so you can feel more grounded, regain a sense of calm, and respond to situations with greater clarity and confidence.

  • I support clients living with chronic pain or illness in navigating both the physical and emotional impact of their experience. Using mindfulness-based approaches, we work with the clients relationship with their pain (e.g. working to ease the fear of pain) to help reduce reactivity, ease distress, and shift your relationship with pain. Rather than fighting against your body, therapy focuses on building a sense of safety, increasing self-awareness, and helping you feel more in control of how you respond to symptoms.
