Getting started
Option 1: Book a free 20 minute virtual consultation to ask any questions you may have and to discover if we are a good match. We will discuss your presenting concerns or stressors and what you hope to achieve in therapy.
Option 2: book a 1 hour session to get started. We will discuss your concerns, goals, and frequency of therapy you wish to pursue.
