If you’re considering therapy, I offer a free 20-minute consultation as a starting point. This is simply a chance for us to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit. During that time, you’re welcome to share a bit about what’s bringing you into therapy and ask any questions you might have, whether that’s about my approach, what therapy can look like, or how scheduling works.
I also offer 1 hour individual therapy sessions. You can expect a warm, laid-back, and collaborative space where we move at your pace. My approach is client-centered, which means our work focuses on what feels most important to you, while also making room for whatever naturally comes up as life unfolds.
My role is to help guide the process, through thoughtful questions, gently challenging unhelpful patterns, and offering tools, insight, and perspective along the way. Together, we work collaboratively to help you better understand yourself and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your authentic and preferred self.

My sessions are only offered virtually to clients all over Ontario.

Getting started is simple. If you look at the top right corner of the website, you’ll see the “Book” button. When you click it, you’ll be taken to Jane, the secure booking software I use to manage appointments. From there, you can select either a free 20-minute consultation or a full therapy session (60 mins).
Options
After your initial consultation, I can book you in for your first session. If you’d prefer to take some time to think or connect with other therapists first, that’s completely okay , there’s no pressure. When you feel ready, you can use the booking link or reach out and I can book it for you.
You’re not required to book a consultation first. If you already feel like we might be a good fit, you’re welcome to go ahead and book a full 1-hour session right away.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation for anyone who would like the opportunity to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit before booking a full session.
My session fees are as follows:
Individual therapy session (1 hour): $160
I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who may benefit from a reduced fee. Because I keep only a small number of these spaces available each year, they tend to fill up quickly. This helps me offer some flexibility while still maintaining a sustainable practice.

Together, we explore different “parts” of you with curiosity and compassion, sometimes revisiting the past in a way that allows your present self to heal and grow. My role is to support you as you uncover insights, re-author your life story, and discover new possibilities that feel authentic to you. I walk alongside you through this process, offering guidance, tools, and perspective while always moving at your pace.
